So, Brit Brit tweeted the following: “There’s this sweet boy who is battling cancer, and his biggest wish is to trend on Twitter. Let’s make it happen!”

Britney, who has over 16 million followers, started a trend … and fans, as well as other celebs, including Adam Lambert, Kim Kardashian and Shannen Doherty, joined in and hopefully with their help #RyanKennedy will be trending worldwide by tonight.
