Hey guys! We just wanted to remind you about the Showbox show tonight.We were asked out of the blue a few weeks ago if we would play.We didn't want to pass up a good opportunity to hopefully reach some new fans, so we jumped on the bill with Minus The Bear and Kay Kay and His Weathered Underground.So if you are 21 and older, please consider celebrating your new years with us!But the real message of this blog is to remind the all agers who come to our shows that we still love them the most...and we will miss them terribly! Thank you guys for making 2009 an awesome year for The Lonely Forest. 2010 promises to be our biggest and craziest year yet, and we look forward to sharing in it with you guys. Sorry...went kind of crazy with the colors.Love you guys-John , Tony, Eric and Braydn!
While in Austin for SXSW, we participated in a LIVE fundraising event @SXSW4Japan to raise money for the RED CROSS's relief efforts for Japan.
Great artist's participated: HANSON, Michael Stipe, An Horse, so many. Songs were compiled and can be purchased, the sales benefiting RED CROSS.
