Biografia
I One Family nascono con la formazione originale nel 1998 nella provincia est di Milano e inizano da subito a macinare concerti Hard-Core caratterizzati dall'energia e dall'immediatezza dei pezzi proposti. Dal 1998 al 2004 la band subisce dei cambiamenti definitivi: vengono accolti nella famiglia Stefano alla batteria e successivamente Carlo alla chitarra. Dal 2004 i One Family non mutano più forma ma sviluppano progressivamente nuove idee e nuove sperimentazioni sonore. Nel 2005 partono per il primo mini-tour in Germania: da allora seguiranno diverse e grandi esperienze live in Austria,Slovenia, Rep.Ceca, Slovenia e Sud Italia. Dopo centinaia di concerti, nel 2008 i One Family cambiano e si evolvono a livello compositivo e di preferenze musicali, avvicinandosi ad un genere ispirato più a sonorità rock (stoner,noise,grunge,alternative) : decisivo e radicale è stato il cambiamento vocale da growl&scream a melodico e cantato. Nel 2010 esce "EGO", espressione del mutamento di orizzonte musicale e della nostra attuale inclinazione sonora, album composto da 8 tracce scritte fra il 2007 e il 2009, testimoni della nuova strada imboccata. .. .. .... .. ONE FAMILY (Youth Of Today).. I have so much hope and anticipation for the future generations I think kids today are growing up smart with open minds and open hearts.. -we can do it we'll put our heads to it and then we'll be ..one family.. a world filled with racial stress but it seems every year less and less those old fashioned standards are going away tomorrow will be a brighter day.. -we can do it we'll put our heads to it and then we'll be.. one family.. so if you agree and want to help first you must look inside yourself because unity begins with just us two then we'll watch it spread to all of you.. -we can do it we'll put our heads to it and then we'll be.. one family ..In the end... .... .. .. .... .. .. .... .. .. .... One Family is an underground hard-core band born in the 1998, from the east-side Milan periphery! Grown within many influences like hard-core, metal, punk, noise, grunge, stoner even grind-core & so on. The band is made by four members that are Berto(voices), Stefano(drums also for UNYOU-RECLUSIONE-Shandon-Loren),Carlo(guitars also for TAJSILK) & Roberto(bass)...we reached this formation through a slow process that brought us changing our attitude between old & new school, due to the insertion in the band of Stefano(grind & dark influences) & Carlo later on(metal & new school influences). The band is composed also by two of four founding members that are Roby(Punch Line-ZHEROS) with his fast-rolling bass lines(noise-hardcore influences) and Berto(CUBRE-CORA-TAJSILK), the strong-grave&screamed voice of the band that gives the new school attitude to our music... We had many live experiences in hard-core festival,pub & social center & everywere people appreciate our angry music. With Spleen Flipper(Crema HC), we had reached three times the north-east cities of Germany through all kind of amazing situations, stage and people. In 2007 we changed naturally style and sound, becoming more joined to alternative and noise music. On April 2010 we wrote "EGO" , the expression of our change and choise. We wanna thanks all the band we played with & our supporters...thanks to everyone. Now that you know something about us.....see you on live performances... - - .... Vanexa were one of the first Italian heavy metal band, their self-titled LP was consecrated by the national press as the first italian heavy metal album. Born in Savona in 1978, their sound was typically Anglo-Saxon evidence abroad where they were cited by several magazines as proponents of the new wave of heavy metal
band from late '70s early '80s. They also participated as a headliner at the first heavy metal festival held in Certaldo Italian in Florence May 21, 1983. In their careers have also participated in various compilations including metal of Metal Mountain, exit the United States, with the song "Hanged Man" and Metal Italy with the song "It's Over". In 2007 a CD reissue of their eponymous debut album with 3 bonus tracks and unreleased second album "Back From The Ruins" with 5 bonus tracks taken from a live concert of 1984 was released in 2010 is out "1979-80" a compilation of early material ( totally sung in italian) released on vynil and cd supports. We needed a new fresh band with a new fresh sound. VANEXA spearheaded what was termed 'the new wave of heavy metal'. They were a more than welcome addition of the italian hard rock/metal scene. Yet, this debut offering offers more energy and speed than actual accomplishment. In 1983 VANEXA released their self-titled debut album, starting what would become a legendary career for the band. They were one of many promising bands in the New Wave of Heavy Metal movement at the time. Following the success of Vanexa, the band released released their second album Back From The Ruins in 1988. The album featured fan-favourites "Midnight Wolves", "Creation", "Hanged Man". This new album contained many tracks that had been written prior to the release of the debut album, but were considered surplus. With songs already shaped on the road well in advance, only two new tracks were written for the album; Hanged Man and Creation. The band adopted a different approach for their 1994 studio album, titled Against The Sun. This was not a concept album, though it was themed loosely around the idea of social problems. It featured, for the first time in the band's history, synthesized Keyboards and guitars sounds to add textures and layers to the sound. Though considered different from the norm of Vanexa sounds, it a good response across the world, especially for new incredible voice of Roberto TIRANTI. The VANEXA lyrics contains literature quotes about famous books/movies or social problems fusioned in great heavy metal sound.
