    Melissa was born on September 27, 1987 in a small town called San Benedetto del Tronto, Marche. Second child of two daughters, Melissa lives and grew up in Colonnella, a 3.000 population town of Abruzzo. Since very young, thanks to the religiosity of her parents, she began to attend church of the town, and participating in various initiatives, such as the choirs and musical organized, she come very close to music and singing. Encouraged by her music myths of that period, at the age of 11 years, helped by a piano, writes her first song, entitled "Born to be your", which subsequently will aside to leave space to something different. In that same period she takes in hand for the first time a guitar, starting to write sheets and sheets of her thoughts and emotions that would transform into music. Her first real exhibition takes place in public in 2002, at the age of 15 years, during a musical organized by her church, which interprets one of the central roles of history, singing some songs too. Determined to want to achieve her objectives, continues to write different texts and starts search a band which to play her music with. After several vain attempts results, and after having moved away from music for a short period, at the age of 17 years resumed in the hands of her guitar, this time, however, more serious and resolute, determined to want to take lessons with her companion travel that will accompany up to today. In the meantime, continues to write lyrics on paper, transfer her emotions, starting to creating what will be her music, her style. Finally in the early months of 2008 she can find musicians who are starting to make music with her and she put a band together; this is a group that plays only cover and with whom does not write her music. Their first exhibition took place on June 8, 2008 in a theatre of San Benedetto del Tronto which contained hundreds of spectators, in which they played some cover of artists like Avril Lavigne, Blink 182 and Sex Pistols. The project she pursues is however a solo project, which she can feel free to express herself.
