  • R I P Mick Karn

    It's with profound sadness that we have to inform you that Mick finally lost his battle with cancer and passed away peacefully at 4.30pm today, 4th January 2011 at home in Chelsea, London. He was surrounded by his family and friends and will be deeply missed by all.

    I'm just so gutted. The guy was a hero of mine, a legend amongst bass players. A sad day.

        So sad to hear about Mick Karn, we both saw Japan live many years ago. Great musician. Very sad about Gerry Rafferty too, Baker Street was a classic and Stuck in the Middle with You. xx

    MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

    Yes, it's that time of year again and all at Flight would like to wish each and every one of you a VERY Merry Christmas and a happy & peaceful New Year. May all your dreams be realised.

    Our thanks to you for sticking with us in what has been a very quiet (by our standards) 2010 but we will be back in 2011 - new single out last week in December 2010 and more projects on the go for next year.

    So...... to that end we are giving away FREE & GRATIS our very first 1999 album 'Thoughts Trapped Inside'  - complete and with cover etc...  You can get this piece of our musical history by going to

  • FOLLOW THE PATH TO FLIGHTS NEW SINGLE!!

    IT'S BEEN A LONG, LONG TIME COMING  - but at last we can announce a new single from Flight.

    The new single will be available as a digital download only from the beginning of December 2010.

    A 3 - track EP it will consist of a brand new track, a Flight classic and a Christmas themed version of an oldie but goodie!!

    The excellent Dave Charles radio show from Harborough FM  - a sort of early Sunday night John Peel type thing - is to feature the Flight track 'Strange Little Girl' as part of tonight's show.
