    .... JACK FROST BAND was born at the end of 2004 as a 1night-jam project for an aid-show. The 1st line-up included: Francesco "Franz" Piva (now in MoCiBa) on guitar-vocals, Virginio Bertone (a jazz guitarist) on bass and Giulio Ferretti on drums. After that show (on january 13rd 2005), the jam became a real band that keeps on rocking! JFB mainly plays cover versions of classics by Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, Neil Young and other favorites (see "influences"). Note: The name Jack Frost Band was inspired by the movie Jack Frost (1998) featuring Michael Keaton & Kelly Preston (and a Henry Rollins' cameo!).
