About me:

I'm a work-at-home mom to three kids who are turning out to be nerds like their parents, lol! My husband and I are both geeky nerds. I've finally accepted the fact and am finding some great friends that love me even with all my nerdiness. :)

I love crafting - everything from rubber stamping and card making to crochet and sewing. I also love to play Scrabble, visit with friends, and cuddle little babies. Napping is my favorite hobby, since I'm a night owl.

When it comes to holidays, I enjoy reading about and celebrating offbeat and food holidays like Hoodie Hoo Day, March Fourth, and National Watermelon Day. My personal favorites are Suessday and National Wear Your Apron Day.

I'm a sucker for "this day in history" lists. I'm always fascinated by the variety of historical things that happened each day.

I also enjoy Christmas immensely, especially Christmas music.
