LABEL BIO:

Fat Camp Records is brand new drum'n'bass label from Finland. The brainchild of VTech (Wayside/Kill Inc/Darkvibe/Mindocracy) and Hookah, Fat Camp was conceived as an alternative output for their collaborated productions.

Fat Camp Records will be providing listeners with a fresh mix of melodic drumfunk and harder dancefloor techstep. First EP called "Kaamos" is now out!

ARTIST BIOS:

VTech is a drum'n'bass producer and DJ from Finland. He originally started around '96 with trackers producing hardcore and acid. Gradually moving from trackers to professional audio software, he also switched to producing aggressive drum'n'bass for the dance floor.

VTech started DJing around 10 years ago. While playing gigs in different parties in Finland, he also hosted a weekly internet drum'n'bass radio show with the PLBreaks DJ collective for several years. The same collective then started a monthly DNB club in Helsinki, playing out the full spectrum of broken beats.

VTech has previously released tracks on Kill Inc. Drum & Bass (US), Darkvibe Recordings (UK), Mindocracy Recordings (US) and Wayside Recordings (US).

Being one of the resident DJ's of Entropy parties Hookah has also been active with the PLBreaks DJ collective alongside VTech and Gimle. They have been supporting the many aspects of D'n'B and broken beats for years in and outside Helsinki.
