BEGINNING: band formed 2003 by leader and mastermind POZZA after the split up of a previous band started in 1997.

LINEUP: many musicians have followed since the beginning. The actual lineup is formed by POZZA (guitar/vocals,former member), MANU (drums, since 2006), PEDRO (bass, since 2011).

DEATH MECHANISM LIVE EXPERIENCE: played live all around Italy and Europe as main event or opening act for mainstream bands like DESTRUCTION, SODOM, IMPALED NAZARENE, SADUS, ARTILLERY, ONSLAUGHT, HOLY MOSES,TANKARD, WHIPLASH, and many more. European festivals (METALCAMP, ROCK HARD, GODS OF METAL) with

dedicated slot or like guest band inside legendary Italian thrash metal band BULLDOZER's set list.

BULLDOZER EXPERIENCE: POZZA and MANU are also playing in the renewed lineup of the legendary Italian thrash

metal band BULLDOZER. Particularly MANU recorded the BULLDOZER come-back album "UNEXPECTED FATE"

released in 2009. With BULLDOZER, POZZA and MANU toured Japan and Poland, as well as they had concerts all around Europe, like opening for MOTORHEAD or Finnish TUSKA FESTIVAL

Death Mechanism is a band strictly linked to the late 80s and early 90s thrash/death metal sounds, but it's also a

band merged with the future. Nothing is left to chance, the songwriting process lasted several months, until every

stop'n'go, every tempo change, every fill didn't result strongly effective and avant-garde. The artwork reflects at

100% the band themes inspired by trashumanism at taking a clear position in favor of technology over ethics andmonotheistic dictatorships. But technology will bring humankind to self-destruction, due to its incapability to managed the progress for the will of money and power. With this album, the band reached the top of its performance, with limb-sawing guitar riffs, earth-quaking drums and poisonous screaming vocals. The production

has been committed to TOMMY VETTERLI, guitar hero from legendary avant-garde thrash metal band CORONER(one of DEATH MECHANISM's greater influences, as well as SADUS) and middle 90s KREATOR, owner of one of the most well known Swiss recording studios (NEW SOUND STUDIO), and producer for many international metal bands.

Tommy appears also as guest musician into the new DEATH MECHANISM album with an awesome guitar solo.

The final result is "TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY" 10 songs for approximately 40 minutes length. An album with 10 extremely fast,dark and intense thrash metal songs, result of more than ten years of experience and undisputed attitude that has always been a trademark for the sound of the band.
