..FINALLY my new movie THE ABORTED is out on DVD! Down Twisted STUDIOS library just continues to grow and grow! But this one is something special…this one is kinda legendary…I've received emails from male sexists, feminists, right to life advocates, pro-abortion supporters, and even from a plumber telling me it's impossible to flush a dead baby down a toilet. They missed the point. Poor things. I am not anti-abortion. But I am anti-waste, anti-pain, and anti-self-brutalization. I'm not going tell folks what the point of the movie is, ppl need to figure that shit out for themselves.

"Combine that soundtrack with the aforementioned characterization boon, Fernandez' competency as an obvious horror geek who can really direct, a sympathetic, multi-layered performance from Ms. Dockter, nods left and right to everything from Lovecraft to DAWN OF THE DEAD and even a full-on, "let's get ready to kick the shit out of everything" preparation montage, and THE LAST BATTLEGROUND actually muscles through its sometimes-glaring detriments to become a very enjoyable movie. It's my first Sonny Fernandez experience, and I'm happy that it won't be my last. Now will someone do the horror community-at-large a favor and give this guy a fucking budget?!?"

Part 3 of my new online webseries Down Twisted is now up and live! Down Twisted
is a post apocalyptic story where the world has been ravaged by war. A
strange cancer has been unleased, a cancer that kills everyone before
they hit their 20th birthday. Even worse, girls arent being born
anymore...mankind is going extinct. The kids live in the outskirts of
the world because the cities are filled with radiation mutants, and the
kids live in gangs..fighting amongst themselves. This is the story of
Alex...a rogue who doesnt belong to a gang...and Jordan...who may just
be the last female left.
