“Why is UPS so stupid? They are like tyrants.... Have something coming with signature confirmation but it could show up any time between 8am and 8pm, try to schedule for pickup instead and told they can't do that until the driver has made a failed attempt. Not only are they inconveniencing me with their bullshit, they are inconveniencing themselves wasting the gasoline, the driver's time and labor rate they pay him. No common sense whatsoever and I'm still waiting for the check on the amp they destroyed over a month ago!!!!!”
