Besides his pivotal role as concept man, researcher, inventor, and motivator for the company, Isaac sees himself as maintaining the big picture for Save1Heart—insuring its mission and focus. New concepts and the development of new devices and protocols hold Isaac’s principle interest. One primary goal of the company is to work with leading medical minds to remain on the forefront of medicine with new devices, innovative protocols, and diagnostic procedures that lead to the improvement of health around the world. When his grandfather was suddenly facing health issues requiring quadruple bi-pass surgery, Isaac began to learn everything he could about the cardiovascular system and its processes and began to identify repeated patterns in people’s issues with the system. In searching for anything he could to help improve his grandfather’s condition, he began working with leading medical specialists in central aortic pressure. He learned as much as he could about modern Western medical protocols concerning the heart and remained open as well to Eastern modalities. The concept for the CMI (Cardio Metabolic Incident), patent pending, literally came to him in the middle of the night; the beginning of what would become Save1Heart. He and his father first screened about 30 patients and 10-15 indicated an emotional trauma that eventually led to a catastrophic incident. The 30 screenings suddenly grew to 1,000, then 12,000, to today’s 30,000+. With continued testing, the two began to discover more and more about how much the CMI could improve the diagnoses related to cardiovascular incidents. Another powerful concept ultimately became clear: most of man’s existence—his power, his creativity, his intention—is truly centered in the heart rather than the brain where so many tend to place it. A unique characteristic of the CMI is that each waveform it produces is unique to the individual like a signature or fingerprint but anomalies are constant across gender, racial, age, and cultural boundaries, why it is such a significant contribution to global health. In 2008 Isaac founded Save1Heart partnering with his father. The pair’s initial passion was to “save the hearts of the world” because of their ever-growing discoveries. They soon realized, however, to achieve such a lofty goal required saving one heart at a time. Save1Heart’s original mission quickly became to save one person at a time, thus the company’s name. After dynamic achievements in his youth, Isaac attended Georgetown University in the School of Foreign Service studying International Politics. Isaac and his father are intent on bringing medical care to those who struggle with affording it. They are concerned that so many people feel trapped, that health is beyond their control and take little proactive responsibility for their own well being. The Casadoses want to change that belief—to demonstrate that people do have power over their own health and how to proactively affect their own condition, returning to a state of wellness and away from a state of disease.
