    I'm "Big Al"! I was born and raised in the diversely rich San Francisco Bay Area; my "Hip Hop" roots were planted by local artists like Too $hort, E-40, Mac Dre, Mac Mall, The Luniz, 3XKrazy & others. I'm a BAY BOY to the grave! By the age of 17 I had founded my own independent street promotion/marketing company that specialized in retail and street promotions. Our focus was to promote and market the artists/groups to kids that were our age! So we had our street team hit local malls, high schools/colleges and any event that would be a draw for our demo ex. concerts, clubs etc. After a year or so of grinding and developing relationships with media outlets, club/event promoters we started to make a name for ourself! For the next couple years Premiere Promotions worked closely with City Hall Records-Distribution (Mac Dre, Mac Mall & Others), EMI Distribution, No Limit-Priority Records, Virgin Records, RP55 & Azzure Clothing and others. I decided what I wanted to do was get into radio. I already had some prior radio experience from working at a community station called KSRT in San Rafael, CA when I was in High School. I guess you can say I got the "radio itch" at WILD 94.9 in San Francisco. Now I've been doing commercial radio now for the past 10 years. Started off as a Mixer, then moved to On-Air and now for the past 8 years I've been working in the daily programming of Rhythm based radio stations. I've worked in these following markets/stations (WILD 94.9-KYLD, San Francisco/Oakland/San Jose, California-WILD 106-KYLZ, Albuquerque, New Mexico-WILD 99.7-WLYD, Green Bay/Appleton, Wisconsin and most recently for 104.3 HIT FM-XHTO, El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, New Mexico & Ciudad de Juarez, Mexico) RADIO is my passion and my first love. But after networking with some of the industry power players I have been able to forge strong working relationships with numerous major labels and distribution outlets. I'm now working independently for a few artists like VERSE SIMMONDS who is a new R&B artist/MC signed to INTERSCOPE RECORDS. Also working with other artists like ROMEY, MILANO AKA DOTT, PEANUT, DIESEL & THE DUI FAMILIA, BIG UNK and others. You can find ALL my clients in my TOP FRIENDS.
