La musica e' sempre stata la mia grande passione. Fin da bambina mi inventavo melodie e cantavo a squarciagola per ore ed ore sull'altalena, a tavola e persino a letto in un inglese inesistente :o). Mi piacevano tanto i Beatles e cercavo di imitarli come potevo... A 12 anni, dopo la scuola , andavo a lavorare per potermi comprare una chitarra. Cominciai a scrivere alcune canzoni . Il mio idolo di quel tempo era Lucio Battisti e sarei voluta diventare come lui. Purtroppo la mia famiglia non ha mai capito la mia creativita', e la chitarra ,dopo qualche mese, mi e' stata sfasciata sulla testa da mia madre che non aveva piu' voglia di sentire il mio "rumore". :o( Sono andata via di casa molto presto, avevo 15 anni ed erano i favolosi anni '70. Con la mia liberta' acquisita ho girato il mondo e vissuto una vita molto avventurosa . La parte piu' bella e' stata la possibilita' di assistere ai concerti delle piu' grandi rock bands internazionali di quel periodo. Agli inizi degli anni '80 mi sono trasferita a Melbourne, Australia. Girando per gli ambienti musicali locali, era frequente poter vedere Nick Cave o gli INXS, per esempio, nel pub all' angolo quando erano ancora sconosciuti in Europa. Ho lavorato nel campo della moda come designer di accessori per molti anni ma il mio sogno era sempre scrivere musica... Sono ritornata a Lucca nel 1994. E 'stato un po' uno shock, ma la mia terra e' veramente molto bella e mi sono abituata presto al cambiamento. Ho cantato per diversi anni in un coro locale piuttosto importante, e abbiamo fatto concerti in tutta Italia, ma solo nel 2006, FINALMENTE ,Il caso mi ha riportata sulla strada originale, perche', alla fine sicuramente, "nessuno puo' scampare al suo destino"! Per una serie di circostanze che definisco "magiche" , l'anno scorso , ho trovato i mezzi , il tempo , il contesto, e l'ispirazione , per potere finalmente esternare quella parte di me . Ho ricominciato a scrivere canzoni e sono felicissima!! Mio figlio Ben ,che e' un bravissimo artista australiano , mi ha aiutata sia nella registrazione che nella produzione dei miei pezzi. I miei obbiettivi : migliorarmi in tutto , scrivere belle canzoni, cercare di inserirle nell' industria musicale italiana, e far ascoltare la mia musica a piu' persone possibili! Baci a tutti!!

When I was a little girl I used to sit on the swing for hours and hours, making up my own melodies and singing out loud in my own invented English..I loved the Beatles and I was trying to imitate them :o) At 12 years old , after school , I worked as a babysitter to save money to buy my own guitar and started writing my own first songs.My parents unfortunatelly never understood my creativity and my brand new guitar got smashed on to my head soon after because my mother was annoyed by my constant "noise" ;^( In the mid '70s at the age of 15 I left home for good to wonder around the world living the most free and adventurous life. Yeah...you know what I mean, they were fab years!! Unfortunatelly no money for singing or guitar lessons... In the early '80s Im moved to Melbourne, Australia and hang around the local music scene . It was common to see Nick Cave or INXS playing in the pub around the corner when nobody knew them overseas as yet. I started my own business as a fashion designer but my dream was always to sing and to write songs. When I returned back home to Tuscany in 1994 , I joined an important choir and I toured with them for several years. I then had to abandon music for a while and this hurt me a lot, but... nobody can escape his destiny if you ask me and FINALLY, in 2006 the right astral time came to my help !! I felt a sudden strong urge and inspiration to create music again and found some time to spend on the guitar again . I wrote 13 songs in 6 months . My aussi son Ben, (dub_fx, in art) , great muso by the way, came to stay with me for a few months and helped me arrange and produce my music. Im so glad I brought him into this world!! ..
