I'm Myspace's Movies & TV editor! I am obsessed with all things pop culture and have a mondo geek streak. I'm a fan of trashy reality shows, genuinely amazing sci-fi shows (hello, Fringe!) and equally entertaining camp (Sharktopus FTW!) Currently obsessed with The Hunger Games and Hanna, but I'm having a hard time getting behind Game of Thrones. I'm wrong about that last one right? What's wrong with me? I find making 'best of' lists nearly impossible, so bear in mind none of the below is exhaustive by any means. I'll just have to keep striving to improve!Who I'd like to meet:

Summer movies! Bridesmaids, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, Thor, Captain America, Green Lantern, X-Men First Class, Super 8... The Pirates of the Caribbean premiere with Kermit the Frog made me really excited for Jason Segel's new Muppet movie in the fall, and can't wait for Hunger Games. I’m eating up every little new tidbit on casting and am still geeking over Paula Malcomson (Trixie!) as Mrs Everdeen. On the 'could watch over and over' list: Close Encounters, Blade Runner, Dune (no jokesies), 2001, Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Labyrinth, anything with a Muppet, Ghostbusters, Serenity, The Big Lebowski, Kill Bill, The Legend of Billie Jean, Heathers, Pump Up the Volume... I'm sure I'm missing plenty.Television
Fringe, guys! Watch it. The Real Housewives of NY is the best of the Housewives. I don't know how I would keep up with the lulz without The Soup. Breaking In, Raising Hope, Community, 30 Rock, Modern Family, Parks & Rec, are all consistently funny. Such great shows. Law & Order SVU is without a doubt the most deliciously messed-up show on TV, and that's including Dexter, True Blood, and Game of Thrones. And it has Ice-T, so there. The Whitest Kids U Know put installments of a movie in every episode of the season. It’s The Civil War on Drugs and it is amazing. Trust. The dvd vault includes Deadwood, Band of Brothers, Firefly, Sports Night, Twin Peaks, Farscape, The X-Files, BSG, and Arrested Development.
